Its only 3 months to go to the Biggest Gay Pride Party in Africa.  In the 4th year running with more than 35% year on year growth we are taking nothing for granted.  The 2010 Fireman’s Ball will be a massive event in a new venue with a star-studded entertainment line-up.


 

Following from the magnificent 2007, 2008 and 2009 events, this year will be an explosion of style, light and top-end production.  The Fireman's Ball is now one of the' sought after parties on the world pride circuit and will take another leap this year with the introduction of a top International DJ backed up by a star-studded lineup of SA & 5FM DJ's plus live performance artists.

 

We had an incredible response from sponsors and this years event will sport the participation from some of the worlds top brands.  Watch out for our first press release on 20 July that will unveil the sponsors and the much anticipated new venue for the Fireman's Ball 2010.

 

 

 

 

 

 

What Happened in 2009?

 

For the 4th year running Qc2 presented Johannesburg's biggest and best pride party. Attendance was 40% up from last year to a new record of 2232 people at Joburg’s new super club JET at The Coca Cola Dome. In a first ever exclusive for the Fireman’s Ball, 5FM’s DJ Fresh graced the party in full drag. Apart from Fresh ‘glamming’ it up like never before, SAMA-winner and pop diva Tamara Dey (from Flash Republic), live performer Matt Counihan and SA’s top DJs produced performances that will always resonate in our party memoirs.
